Returns

Dissatisfaction is part of life, but if your purchase does not meet expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for a Return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Some items cannot be returned—custom products, perishable goods, gift cards, or sale items.

If an item is returned damaged or used, no refund will be given.

How to Return an Item

• Your order number
• The reason for return

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. If approved:

• The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
• A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is processed.

If 14 business days pass without a refund, check with your bank or payment provider before reaching out.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or variation? Email damarianbrown122@outlook.com to check availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send an email within 14 days with photos. We will make it right.
