Shipping Time
We’ll send your order out as soon as we can. When it arrives? Well, that’s up to the carrier, the weather, and whether or not the universe is feeling generous.
Estimated Delivery:
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days for processing, then 7-10 additional business days for shipping. That’s life.
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days for processing, then 7-10 additional business days. Don’t rush us—good things take time.
- International shipping: You’re probably in for a wait. Customs can be unpredictable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Don’t shoot the messenger—we don’t control the carrier fees.
Order Processing
We’ll process your order within 3-5 business days. We’re not lazy, but we do have lives too. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once we ship your order, we’ll send you a tracking number. You can watch your package like a hawk until it reaches your door.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once the carrier has your package, we’ve done our part. If it’s lost or damaged:
- Contact us within 14 days with all the details and photos (yes, photos).
- We’ll help, but don’t expect us to move mountains.
If your package is delayed, blame the carrier. We’re not responsible for their mood swings.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Customs, taxes, and delays are all on you. It’s part of the adventure.
